Privacy Policy

This page explains what information METYTO collects when you contact us or book a call, why we collect it, and how it's stored and protected. We collect the minimum needed to respond to you and never sell your information.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you're interested in, and the message you send us. When you book a call, our scheduling tool collects the details needed to confirm and remind you of that booking.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and book or manage a discovery call. We don't use it for anything else.

Consent

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires express consent before we send you commercial email. Our contact form includes a consent checkbox — we only add you to any marketing or newsletter email if you tick it. Replying to your enquiry or confirming a booking isn't marketing email, so it doesn't require that checkbox. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests immediately.

Where your information is stored

Contact form submissions are delivered by Resend. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. Our website is hosted on Vercel. We don't run ad-tracking pixels or sell data to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the life of that working relationship. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through our contact page and we'll take care of it.
